Service Delivery Policy

This Service Delivery Policy explains how Sleep Well Hub ("we", "us", "our") delivers our services, including one-to-one coaching, hypnotherapy, CBT(I) Plus, Sleep workshops, and digital content.

 

As we are a service-based business, we do not ship physical goods. Therefore, traditional shipping rates and physical delivery times do not apply.

1. Booking and Consultation

All new individual clients must begin with a free 15-minute consultation except for Workshops. Once you decide to proceed with a paid service or programme, we will agree on a schedule of sessions. Your booking is confirmed once payment (or an agreed deposit) is received and you receive a confirmation email from us.

2. Delivery of Online and In-Person Sessions

•Online Sessions: Most of our services, including one-to-one coaching and hypnotherapy, are delivered remotely via secure video conferencing (e.g., Zoom or Microsoft Teams etc.). You will receive a link to join your session at least 24 hours in advance via email. It is your responsibility to ensure you have a stable internet connection and a quiet, private space for the duration of the session.

•In-Person Sessions: If we agree to conduct sessions or corporate workshops in person, the location, date, and time will be explicitly stated in your booking confirmation or corporate contract.

3. Digital Content and Resources

If your programme includes access to digital resources (such as our Exclusive Sleep Issues Check Sheets, audio recordings, or PDFs):

•Delivery Method: Digital content will be delivered via email or made available through a secure download link.

•Delivery Timeframe: Access to digital content is typically granted immediately upon successful payment or subscription, or within 24 hours of your first session, unless otherwise specified.

•Loss of Cancellation Right: Please note that by agreeing to download or stream digital content immediately, you acknowledge that you will lose your 14-day statutory right to cancel once the download or stream begins.

4. Corporate and B2B Services

 

For our B2B Sleep Programs, Sleep Workshops, and Sleep Consultancy services, delivery timelines, project milestones, and reporting dates will be defined in a bespoke Statement of Work (SOW) or corporate contract agreed upon prior to commencement.

5. Rescheduling and Cancellations

We understand that life happens. If you need to reschedule a session, we ask for at least 48 hours' notice. For full details on our cancellation and refund rules, please refer to our [Refund Policy] and [Terms & Conditions].
