Business Services

Workforce Fatigue, Recovery and Human-Performance Services

Sleep Well Hub helps organisations understand how fatigue and poor recovery are affecting their people and operations.

Our work can begin with a focused diagnostic, a workforce workshop or a discussion about a particular operational concern.

Every project is tailored to the size of the organisation, its working patterns and the issues it is experiencing.

Workforce Recovery Review

A focused starting point for organisations concerned about fatigue, absence, performance, burnout or workforce wellbeing.

The review may include:

  • a leadership discovery meeting;

  • a short workforce questionnaire;

  • review of relevant policies or working patterns;

  • interviews with key stakeholders;

  • identification of priority fatigue and recovery issues;

  • a findings meeting with practical recommendations.

The purpose is to provide clarity before the organisation invests in training or a larger improvement programme.

Indicative investment: from £1,950

Workforce Recovery Pilot

Our recommended starting point for organisations ready to investigate the issue and take practical action.

The pilot combines:

  • leadership discovery;

  • a focused workforce diagnostic;

  • review of relevant working practices;

  • a tailored manager or workforce workshop;

  • a written 90-day action plan.

It gives the organisation an evidence-informed understanding of where fatigue and recovery problems may sit, while also delivering an immediate intervention.

Indicative investment: from £3,950

Sleep Positive Culture Audit

A more detailed organisational review for businesses with complex working patterns, several teams or multiple sites.

The audit uses Business SONA to examine:

  • sleep and fatigue literacy;

  • working hours and recovery opportunities;

  • workload and operational pressures;

  • management practices and workplace culture;

  • individual differences and biological need;

  • barriers affecting employees’ ability to sleep and recover;

  • existing policies, support and reporting arrangements.

  •

You receive a prioritised report and practical improvement roadmap.

Indicative investment: from £5,950

Final pricing depends on organisational size, number of sites, workforce access and the depth of analysis required.

Leadership and Workforce Workshops

Practical sessions that help managers and employees understand the relationship between sleep, fatigue, recovery and performance.

Workshops are adapted to the organisation and may cover:

  • recognising fatigue;

  • sleep and circadian rhythms;

  • working shifts, nights and early starts;

  • sleep debt and recovery;

  • caffeine and alertness;

  • stress and the Sleep Effort Trap™;

  • practical actions at individual and organisational level.

Sessions can be delivered for managers, frontline teams or mixed groups.

Indicative investment:

  • 90-minute session: from £750

  • half-day workshop: from £1,250

  • full-day or multiple-shift delivery: individually scoped

Strategic Consultancy and Implementation Support

Some organisations need support implementing the findings of a review or audit.

This may include:

  • fatigue and recovery policy development;

  • manager guidance;

  • fatigue reporting processes;

  • communication planning;

  • workshop programmes;

  • rota and working-practice recommendations;

  • measurement and review;

  • ongoing leadership advice.

Projects are quoted according to scope and complexity rather than an hourly fee.

Executive and Individual Support

Confidential support is available for leaders and employees whose sleep difficulties require more focused intervention.

Services include:

  • executive sleep and recovery coaching;

  • individual sleep coaching;

  • CBT-I Plus for persistent insomnia;

  • appropriate referral where a possible sleep disorder requires medical investigation.

Individual support can form part of a wider organisational programme or be commissioned separately.
