A legal disclaimer
Client Cancellation: We require a minimum of 24 hours' notice to cancel or reschedule an appointment.
Cancellations made with more than the required notice (24 hours) will be eligible for a full refund or to be rescheduled.
Cancellations made with less than the required notice will be charged the full session fee.
Late Arrivals: If you are late for your session, the session will still end at the scheduled time, and you will be charged the full fee, non-refundable.
Therapist Cancellation: In the rare event that we need to cancel a session; we will provide as much notice as possible and you will be offered a full refund or the option to reschedule.
Orders: We reserve the right to accept or reject any order. An automated order confirmation does not signify our acceptance of your order.

Shipping and Delivery: We are not liable for any shipping delays outside of our control. The risk of loss passes to you once the product is handed over to the delivery service.

Product Labelling: All sleep products will be labelled in accordance with relevant regulations.
