This website is owned and operated by Mark Phillips, (Typhon Enterprises Ltd.) trading as Sleep Well Hub ("we", "us", or "our").

We provide a range of services aimed at improving sleep and wellbeing for both individuals and businesses, including:

 

•        One-to-One Therapies: Including but not limited to Hypnotherapy, Cognitive Behavioural Therapy for Insomnia (CBT-I), and other talking therapies.

•        Coaching: Personalised coaching sessions focused on mindset, behaviour, and achieving sleep-related goals.

•        Workshops: Online and in-person workshops on various topics related to sleep and wellbeing.

•        Corporate/B2B Programmes: Bespoke sleep programmes and workshops tailored for businesses.

•        Digital Content: Including but not limited to online courses, downloadable resources, and blog content.

 

3. Important Disclaimer: Not Medical Advice

All content and services provided by Sleep Well Hub, including information on our website, in our workshops, and during therapy or coaching sessions, are for informational and educational purposes only. Our services are not a substitute for professional medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment.

4. Client Responsibilities

As a client, you agree to:

 

•        Provide accurate and complete information about your health and background.

•        Engage actively and honestly in the therapeutic or coaching process.

•        Understand that results are not guaranteed and vary from person to person. Your commitment and participation are key to a successful outcome.

 

5. Fees, Payment, and Cancellation Policy

•        Fees: The fees for our services will be as stated on our website or as agreed upon in writing before the commencement of any service.

•        Payment: Payment for all services is required in advance, at the time of booking, unless otherwise agreed in writing.

  • In accordance with the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013, you have the right to cancel your booking within 14 days of purchase for a full refund, provided the service (e.g., a workshop or coaching session) has not yet commenced. If you wish for the service to begin within this 14-day period, you must provide explicit consent, and you acknowledge that your right to cancel will be lost once the service is fully performed.

•      Cancellations & Refunds (One-to-One Sessions):

        We require a minimum of 24 hours' notice to cancel or reschedule a one-to-one session.

◦        Cancellations made with more than 24 hours' notice will be eligible for a full refund or rescheduling.

◦        Cancellations made with less than 24 hours' notice, or failure to attend a session, will result in the full session fee being charged.

•        Cancellations & Refunds (private workshops):

◦        Cancellation policies for workshops will be as stated on the specific event booking page (e.g., via Ticket Tailor or Eventbrite). Generally, refunds are available up to a certain number of days before the event.

◦        We reserve the right to cancel or reschedule a workshop at any time. In such an event, you will be offered a full refund or a place on a future workshop.

 

6. Confidentiality and Data Protection

Your privacy is of the utmost importance to us.

 

•        Confidentiality: All client sessions and communications are treated as strictly confidential. Information will not be disclosed to any third party without your express consent, except under specific legal or ethical circumstances (e.g., if there is a risk of serious harm to yourself or others).

•        Data Protection: We are committed to protecting your personal data in accordance with the UK General Data Protection Regulation (UK GDPR). Our Privacy Policy, which is available on our website, provides detailed information on how we collect, use, and protect your data.

 

7. Intellectual Property

All content included on our website, in our workshops, and in materials provided to you (including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, images, and digital downloads) is the property of Sleep Well Hub and is protected by UK and international copyright laws. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Sleep Well Hub and Mark Phillips shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use our services or website. Our total liability to you in respect of all losses arising under or in connection with these Terms and Conditions shall be limited to the total fees paid by you for the specific service from which the claim arose.

 

9. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes relating to these terms and conditions shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
