This can be delivered in person or online or as a blend of both etc. in person sessions will attract a £10 per session surplus over online sessions.
Minimum of 3 sessions to understand the CBT(I) programme (If you then want to go it alone), however, we recommend 5-6 sessions to confirm the therapy is working and becomes embedded in your new routines with adjustments as required.
